If a visitor agrees for an interview, then the interview call is initiated. Fathom first calls your number and when you pick up, calls the participant. The calls are then patched and you conduct your interview.
In your Fathom profile, you provide your phone number - this is the number that is called.
When there are multiple team members in your Campaign with interviewing capability, then the call is first placed to the member with highest Interview Rating. If the call is not received, then the Interviewer with the next highest rating is called, and so on.
If no interviewer takes a call, then the Campaign is paused and has to be manually unpaused again to run.
After the interview the recording of this call is available from your Campaign Management page.
